Who are we
The DHX Network is a non-profit organisation. The DHX Network is not a registered business, and does not employ paid staff. The DHX Network does not generate or collect any financial revenue from this website in any way, either through advertisement, monetisation, charity, donation, or any third-party investment, sponsorship, promotion, or affinities, or by any other means. The DHX Network is funded by its volunteers using private funds and accountable sources of income only. The official website category of the DHX Network is ‘Non-profit and activism’.
The DHX Administrator (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://dharmica.com, https://dharmica.net, and https://dharmica.org websites, including all their sub-domains, which are all hereon referred to as the “Service”.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Types of Data collected

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form for the purpose of contacting us, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes. We keep the all content of the contact form, including Name, Email Address, Subject and Message for an indefinite period from the time it is submitted to our website.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages and Posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

The DHX Network uses the collected data for various purposes:

How long we retain your Data
Data submitted by both logged-in users and guest visitors in contact forms, collected by website analytics services when visiting the website, and submitted comments and their metadata – are retained indefinitely. For comments, this is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your Data
If you have a user account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
